PREPAID ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FREE OF CHARGE

 

Most orders are shipped by U.S. Mail, with a tracking number and take 3-5 days for delivery, depending on the destination address.   No signature is required to accept the packages.

If you have not received our order in a week, click here to use our Contact US form and we will check on it and email the tracking number to you.

Mounts shipped to Dealers may be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, depending on the size of the order.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

All products may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund provided;

You email or call notifying us of intent to return for refund.

The product has not been modified or damaged, and is as new condition.

All of the parts and paperwork are returned.

After 60 days, refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

Returns for defects of material or workmanship may be replaced or refunded provided;

You email or call notifying us of intent to return the product.

The product is returned with all of the parts for inspection.

The inspection reveals that the product was not modified or installed incorrectly.

Dealer pricing is based on the qualification of the buyer as a legitimate business of sales/resales of firearm accessories. No FFL is required, but a business license with a legitimate sales tax certificate number issued by a State must be submitted by email or regular mail. Dealer/Distributor discounts are calculated by volume. The more you buy, the better your discount.

 

However, you may NOT resell to a retail customer at less than MSRP without our prior approval, or you risk losing any dealer discounts.

 

Once we have you business information, we will send you a dealer price sheet.

 

If you are a Texas business, we need a copy of your Texas Sales Tax Exemption form.
